De Vine Central Otago Pinot Blanc 2007
Our 2007 Pinot Blanc is sourced from the Mt Rosa Vineyard in Gibbston. 2007 yielded less than 1.5 tonnes to the hectare producing smaller, more concentrated berries. The aromatics exude toasted nuts, buttery popcorn, caramel and tropical fruits. Fermented in 50% new French Oak this wine provides a rich viscous mouthfeel with great length of flavours and a solid backbone. |
